Easy and Cheap Natural Beauty Products You May Have on Your Shelf!

Hey lovely members of the TAAZ community! I’m a super big fan of natural and easy DIY beauty, so I thought I would share a list of some great natural products you can incorporate in your natural skincare/beauty regime. Keep reading for a list of some of my favorite go-to natural recipe ingredients!

I love oatmeal because it’s one of those products you use for so many different purposes. Serve it as breakfast, and you’re off to a hearty and healthy start of the day. Put it in your face mask and it’s great for exfoliating and calming down sensitive skin. Or simply use it as a face wash to help brighten the complexion.

Baking soda.
Baking soda is also one of those wondrous products that can be used in a variety of ways. I personally like to use it as a softener when I’m taking a bath. I tend to get dry skin during the wintertime, and find that adding a couple scoops of the stuff to the water really helps alleviate the dryness I get after I get out!

Egg white.
Egg white is one of those cheap items that virtually almost all of us have in our fridge. They’re great for tightening and brightening the skin when incorporated into face masks. They’re also great to use on their own to impart shine on the hair (just soak and rinse while in the shower!).

Olive oil.
I love olive oil because of how versatile this item is. You can use it on its own as a moisturizer, or add it to your face mask for extra hydration. It’s also fantastic as a makeup remover (for super cheap in comparison to actually buying a department store brand!).

Milk is really great as a skincare ingredient because it contains lactic acid, which is an agent that helps get rid of the dead cells sitting on the surface of the skin. You can use it in your face mask…my friend also loves adding it to her bath—she says that it makes her skin feel much softer afterwards!

Awesome tips! I have used egg whites in my hair, but maybe a tad too many. ;) This comment has been removed.
