1. Gently rub the leaves on your face for a quick enzyme treatment. Rub in a circular motion for about 40 seconds-2minutes to exfoliate and absorb the juice. Fresh papaya leaves feel incredibly refreshing on the face.
2. Rinse with warm water.

To make, mix about one-half cup of fresh papaya and three tablespoons of honey in a blender for about 30 seconds. After cleansing the skin, smear the honey and papaya mixture over the face and neck area. Leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. Apply your normal moisturizer after using this mask. You can also use plain yogurt with papaya in place of the honey.
