One of my ABSOLUTE favorite products is MaryKay's Timewise Microdermabrasion Set. The set come with two products - an exfoliating cream and a "replenish" serum. My skin has never looked or felt as good as it did after using this. It was simply heavenly. It is expensive ($55 for the set), but if you can afford it I definitely think it's worth the splurge. If you can handle manual exfoliation, I highly recommend using Shiseido's cleanser and massage brush. I use the brush 2-3x week, and because of it, I don't get breakouts and my skin is very even. This comment has been removed.

Do you just use a loofah to exfoliate your neck and chest? Is there something special to use on your face or just your hands? This comment has been removed.

So true! Exfoliation is so key, especially as we get older and our skin regenerates itself on a slower cycle. Exfoliation triggers your body to create a new layer! This comment has been removed.

Do you have any exfoliator suggestions? I might try the honey/oatmeal mask. This comment has been removed.

exfoliating makes your skin feel great! an easy at-home exfoliator is sugar mixed with a little bit of olive oil or a honey and oatmeal mask works too. This comment has been removed.
