A Primer That Helps Makeup Glide

primer
Mirabella Prime is the second product by this brand that I have come to love. This primer is satiny smooth and lets makeup glide on like a dream. It's oil-free and super light and contains antioxidants and vitamins to keep the skin healthy and vibrant.

The product is pricey at almost $30 a tube, but it is available on Amazon.com for cheaper and you don't have to use a lot so the tube will last longer. I don't use it every time I wear makeup, but especially for these drier, winter months, I have been using it to allow my foundation to blend more smoothly and leave me with a flawless look.

I've never used primer before, but have read several magazine articles and watched dozens of makeup demonstrations that shows why it's such an essential beauty tool to have in your makeup bag. It's the first primer product I've tried, and probably won't be my last, but at least now I know why it's so popular.

This year has been a great year in makeup for me because I've gotten to experience a lot of new products. Only two products in, I've become a fan of Mirabella's line. Do you have a favorite primer? What new products have you tried this year that you've loved? Please share!

Not in every situation is this true, but I feel like most primers and foundations walk hand-in-hand together. I like to stick to one brand and preferably a natural brand. This comment has been removed.

@RoryGautsche I do, but honestly, I just use the little bit leftover on my finger after using it on my face and that is enough. Let me know how you like it. I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seems like a great, great product. This comment has been removed.

It's always good to have a recommendation. If you find something good-don't keep it a secret. This comment has been removed.

I want to try this primer next. I've been using Laura Gellar Spackle and it's good but this one sounds better! I love these product reviews!! This comment has been removed.
