The Pink Potion That Gets Rid of Zits Fast

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion
Zits come in many incorrigible forms. They vary in volume, redness, cause (hormones, stress and grease) and lifespan. Rare is the pimple-fighting potion that doesn't turn those mountains on your face into proverbial molehills. Extra strength zit clearing gels can cause flaking skin, and puryifying masks attack zits by temporarily making them worse (i.e. bringing the gunk to the surface). One of the best pimple treatments we've found to date is Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion, which combats everything from bumps under the surface to full-blown cysts that are painful in more ways than one.

Before you try taking prescription medication for acne, which often results in a number of side effects, we suggest using the Drying Lotion for a a week or so. For optimum results (read: clear skin), use Mario Badesco Drying Lotion at night after washing your face with a gentle, acne clearing clenaser such as Philosphy Purity. Try toning your face with Witch Hazel for a few days and apply moisturizer to keep the skin supple and moist (avoid putting moisturizer directly onto broken-out skin). Dip a Q-Tip into Mario Badescu Drying Lotion to spot treat pimples. Apply it directly to the zit, not on surrounding skin, and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that, despite the name Drying Lotion, this veritable magic potion does not casue peeling or flaking.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion also works to heal razor bumps and ingrown hairs (your man will dig it too), and to soothe the itch associated with pesky mosquito bites. --Stephanie Simons

I've been using BHA to treat my acne-prone skin...I'll probably check this one out for spot-treatment. This comment has been removed.

This is one cool looking product! Are you supposed to shake it up? This comment has been removed.

No...you're actually supposed to keep the liquid and the formula separate. This comment has been removed.

Ohhh I saw this at Nordstrom last time...and was really curious about how it works. I'm scared that it would dry out my skin D: This comment has been removed.
