Does the thought of holiday shopping already have you stressed? Don’t let this hectic time get you down, carve out some pampering time that will help keep you sane as you trek through the holiday sales.

Schedule a pedicure. After being on your feet the whole day, allow yourself to indulge in a pedicure to soften up your soles and make your feet feel pretty. Choose a festive color to keep with the holiday spirit and let the tension from your ankles and feet disappear.

Run a bubble bath. If you are fortunate enough to have a bathtub, take advantage and run a hot bath. A bath filled with bubbles and bath salts can feel luxurious after a long day. Add in soothing smells like eucalyptus or lavender for a spa-like experience and add a gel-mask to cool and de-puff your eyes.

Use a body oil. Whether you take a relaxing bath or a rejuvenating shower, pamper your skin with a moisturizing body oil. Winter has a tendency to dry out our skin leaving it flaky and rough. A body oil can make your skin feel like silk while sealing in moisture to keep everything soft and supple.

I will venture out into the chaos of holiday shopping just to feel part of the mad rush of this festive time of year. But one of the easiest ways to keep stress-free is to partake in the online deals that will make your shopping a snap. Shopping isn’t the only holiday stress though so keep these pampering tips in mind when you’re looking to unwind.

I always love a bath but feel like I never make the time! I'm gonna have to start scheduling "bath" time! This comment has been removed.
