Strawberry Pink Gingham Nail Tutorial by…

Basically, you will need white, pink, red, green and clear nail polishes. Mimimemeko uses a special fine tipped nail polish. It’s kind of expensive to go out and buy all of these in those colors, especially if you already have the colors at home. Instead I suggest going to Michael’s and getting those fine-tipped paint brushes. They’re really affordable, and you can reuse it over and over again!
To begin, create a white portion at the edge of your nail as if you’re giving yourself a French manicure. Once that’s dried, draw a plaid/cross pattern using the pink nail polish color. Make sure this dries well before moving onto the red. Dot a strawberry shape onto the portion where the white and your uncolored nail bed meets, preferably on one side of the nail. Add green detail to the top to draw the “leaf” portion of the strawberry. Complete the strawberry design by adding white dots. Once all of this is dried, finish off by adding one layer of top coat to the entirety of your nail bed.
This nail design seems like it would take ages to complete! But if you have the patience, it will all pay off ;).
