Hot Nail Shades For Fall
With the summer season well under way, now’s a good time to consider nail trends for the fall season.

If there is anything to be said about autumnal nails, it’s that drama rules. Gone are the sheer shades of the spring, the neons of the summer, and in their places are rich, decadent jewel tones, and whisper-soft, earthy nudes.

This fall, thick materials and elegant patterns play directly off of the hottest hues for fall- the rich jewel-tones. With falling temperatures come rising hue saturations, in luscious shades of emerald, amethyst, and garnet. To get the most out of this trend, go for a shade that contrasts with your typical fall wardrobe color palette. The contrast between nails and clothing will provide that perfect pop, a bold balance that can be oh-so gratifying.

Also hot for the fall are warm Earth tones. These are the soft, the comfortable, the worn shades of beige that hug the nails like a second skin. Against fall’s rich hues, it is these faded nudes that compliment instead of overpower. For the perfect effect, go for a polish that is two to three shades darker than your own skintone.

This fall, nails take a trip to the dark side. Rich, lush, and delightfully inky, these are the shades to adorn digits with when the leaves start to fall.
