Useful eyeliner tip

In this video Michelle Phan teaches us a cool tip on creating a cat eye. Its part of the main tutorial so you'll have to watch a bit it see it but its not too far into the video(Okay I lied it's at 2.30 mins into the video but at least its not like 30secs from the end ^-^). I must say the colours in this tutorial don't look right(just my opinion) but the tape tip is something to take note on.
