How to Bling Out Your Lips!
Lipstick can be so much fun once you learn how to do it! You can have a perfect statement lip in less than five minutes, and it’s a great accessory to your look of the day. Right now, metallic or two-tone lips are a major trend right now. Here’s a quick lip lesson that will teach you the art of applying lipstick the right way.
Step 1: Neutralize
First, you want to cancel out all of the natural color in your lips. Why you ask? This step will give you a neutral base to work with and ultimately make your lip color pop! Take your foundation powder or concealer, and blend over your lips.
Step 2: Lip Lining
With small strokes, define your cupid’s bow (the top middle of your lip) and outward. Finally, line the bottom of your lips, and slightly fill in the lip.
Step 3: Red Lips

Step 4: Metal Mania
There are several ways as well as products to do this. You can use eyeshadow, pigment, gloss or lipstick. My personal favorite is pigment or loose shadow. Now, here are some fun ways to try it out!#1 Apply to inner center of your lips only.
#2 Apply color all over.
#3 Line the lips with color and blend inward.
