Most of us love (and want!) the look that liquid liner delivers, however, it’s a tough trick to pull off….or so you may think. Well, let me be the first to tell you that it is easy and quick to create this great look.
First off, select the liner of your choice. Some people are comfortable with a brush or sponge tip. I personally like a brush because it glides on smoother and you have more control over the thinness or thickness of the line. Next, select your color. The most popular color is black, which is great for shaping the eye. Still, eyeliners come in a wide range of shades, from dark browns and plums, to bright purples and blues. Choose the color you are most comfortable with.
Before you apply, finish all of your eye makeup. This includes shadows and mascara. By doing this, you will allow the liner to stand out, making the eye really sharp.
Position yourself in a comfortable spot. This will help you have a steady hand, which is key for a clean look. Close the eye you are applying the liner on, and start from the inner corner, gliding it smoothly and quickly to the end of the eye. Make sure it’s as close to the lash line as possible. I recommend that you start with a thin line and work your way to a thicker end, for more fullness or to create a cat eye.
Repeat this process with the other eye. Step back and check both eyes to make sure that the liner is even. Keep some swabs and makeup remover nearby to clean up or erase smudges. You can add more liner to the eye for thickness or extension. What’s your signature liner look?

I do have a favorite! It's liquid last from MAC. It has a brush applicator and glides on with ease. I love that it is water proof and is a true black color. It does come in a few other fun colors too. This comment has been removed.
