This look is designed to wear to the gym, but since I typically head to the gym straight from work, I think it would work if you have an outdoor date or want a little bit of polish without looking overdone. It suggests using a fabric hair band as to not create split ends or damage your hair and keeping the makeup to three simple items. While I don't think makeup is necessary for working out by any means; sometimes, you do want to at least look fresh faced and ready to go. I think a tinted moisturizer with SPF is a great idea as well as a lip balm, but would probably skip mascara. Does this coincide with your work out beauty routine?
