Ladies, it’s time for another installment of “Steal My Style.” In this edition, I give you all the details on my go-to look for a night out. While this is all about my own personal style, feel free to use this as inspiration for discovering the looks that work best for you.
For a night on the town, there is nothing more classic and sexy than a little black dress. I opted to go in a decidedly retro direction with a fitted number—complete with lace accents, and a slightly frilled skirt and arm. I believe the key to dressing up an otherwise basic look is to add a fun tight to the mix. For this outfit, I wore a pair of fishnet, floral tights by Givenchy. The tights were a steal of a deal; I snagged them for only $8 at Century 21.
As for accessorizing, I went with bolder pieces: a chain and pearl bracelet, looped earrings, and a statement floral ring.
I kept the makeup simple, with my signature colorful smoky eye and a pale, glossy lip. I completed the look with a delicate, opalescent shimmer on the cheeks, for some extra oomph.
Does your go-to party look include an LBD?

@adinazilberman I find the way it scrunches at the hip versus the waist, a bit odd, and the fringe at the bottom is kinda nice, but it looks a bit like a lamp-shade, though you don't se many lamp-shates in black it's true! This comment has been removed.
@hzlaugher Thank you! The tights were a great find from my local Century 21! This was an older hair color, but one I want to recreate soon! This comment has been removed.
