How To Dress Like A Stylish Jetsetter
Step 1: Chic Carry-OnYou’ll want to carry your book, magazines or iPad in something stylish and eye-catching! Go for something in print or neon!
Step 2: Fun FlatsUnless they’re wedges or you’re going to Vegas, don’t do heels. Flats are comfortable and reliable. You never know if you’re plane gets delayed or you’ll have to be on your feet for a lengthy period of time. You want to be able to walk from point A to point B comfortably. Plus, leopard or brightly colored flats are on trend right now!
Step 3: ScarfThe right scarf can brighten up any outfit, and there’s a ton of fun ways to wear them. Also, airports and planes can get chilly, so it’ll come in handy to wrap yourself in. Not to mention, they convert into great pillows and lap blankets during your trip as well!
Step 4: Oversized SunglassesWayfarers, aviators or cat eye, oversized sunglasses can elevate your outfit to first class. They are a travel must-have! Don’t leave home without them.
Step 5: Minimal MakeupLet’s think about this one. You want to arrive at your destination looking fresh and ready for a fabulous trip. For one, you don’t want to wear a FULL FACE of makeup that will melt off during the airplane ride. So make sure that you spend a little time getting ready before heading to the airport. I highly recommend tinted moisturizer or sheer-to-medium foundation, mascara, blush/bronzer and a little lip stain or balm. Remember to pack in your purse your blush and translucent powder to touch up upon arrival.
