How to Apply Individual False Lashes for a Cat-Eye Look
Learn How to Wear Individual Lashes!
The cat-eye look using individual false lashes is one of my fav looks. The trick is to focus on the outer corners of the eye. To start off, you want to make sure you have your basic eye makeup other than mascara applied. This means your basic shadow and liner. For liner, I prefer to use either liquid or gel to get that “catty” eye look.
And now, onto applying false lashes!! I personally use about 5-6 individual lashes on each eye. You want to apply lash glue to the stem, allow some time for it to get tacky, and then apply it with tweezers. Here’s my personal tip: you don’t necessarily have to apply it directly to the lash line…you can stray off and apply it slightly above your lash line to make your eyes appear bigger and more defined!
As for product recommendations, I really like Ardell’s individual lash kit. It’s inexpensive and does the job well. As someone’s who’s always on the look for deals and all, I love that I can at times find Ardell’s products on sale and stock up on them!!
