For those who dare to rock runway trends in real life, the next big thing is futuristic makeup—which takes gray and silver to the extreme for a galactic sophisticate look. Silver lipstick stole the show at the Doo.ri Spring 2010 fashion show and looks brave with the season's gray-tinged lilacs for nails. You can make the look your own by lining your lips with a silver eyeliner pencil in lieu of lip liner or skipping liner altogether and slicking on the silver color with a precision lip brush. To prevent silver lips from looking too Tinman from the Wizard of Oz—like they’re in need of some good lube—paint on some high sheen lip gloss.
