How to wear spring's neon makeup trend

A hint of blue lip gloss will actually make your pink lipstick more intense in tone. Try a liner in the exact lipstick shade and apply color with a lip brush, which promises a perfect finish. Apply, blot and dab on the powder to lock in the color, slick on another coat and a touch of gloss and you’re set—literally. Thers's nothing’s more unflattering than faded brights.
To get fresh-flushed cheeks, apply bright pink powder blush along the cheekbones and nose, and a dab of shimmery highlighter for a dewy-but-still-dry effect.
