Step 1: Sheer Top + Colorful Bralette
The neon trend is still blazing, so why not partner a neon bralette with a soft, sheer top! It’s daring without showing too much skin. Plus, it solves your problem of figuring out what to wear under that see-through top.Also, for a much more work-appropriate version of this outfit, pair the sheer top with a neon camisole instead.
Step 2: Bustier + Blazer
