Before applying anything on your lips, you should use a thin layer of foundation to cancel out any color on your lips. Line your lips with a liner and fill it in. And then apply your lipstick. You can even go a step further and blot a bit of translucent powder over your lip color to prevent it from budging. This comment has been removed.
