Oscars Fashion 2013 Highlights: The Good, The Bad, and the Adorable
I love Jennifer Lawrence. Her big, poufy gown was bound to trip her up but she looked young and fresh and radiant as a winner should. I wish the color would’ve been slightly darker, but I can’t say anything bad about her.
Halle Berry’s structured, sparkly gown made me think a little bit of 80s couture, but she makes nearly everything she wears work. I went back and forth loving and hating her look. It was definitely different.
I can’t really say too much about the worst dressed because it makes me too sad. But Salma Hayek knows better and I definitely do not know what Melissa McCarthy was thinking. Queen Latifah knows how to dress for her curvier figure, Melissa McCarthy should take notes!
And finally, Quvenzhane Wallis, the 9 year-old nominee, looked so adorable and age-appropriate for the red carpet. The blue was a beautiful color and her hair was so cute. She was one on my best dressed list!
