Miley Cyrus 2011 Grammys Makeup

Find Out How to Do Your Makeup Like Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus looked all grown up at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards. The starlet walked the red carpet in a floor-length, Roberto Cavalli animal print gown. Keep reading to learn how to get Miley’s trendy red carpet look for yourself.

To get Miley’s glowing look, begin by applying a moisturizer with SPF to the face and neck. Use your fingers to distribute the product evenly over the skin. Next, apply a lightweight liquid foundation to the face, using a makeup sponge to blend evenly into the neck. Cover up any blemishes or dark spots with concealer, and set the look with powder.

Miley has gorgeous, full brows, which frame her eyes perfectly. Fill in sparse eyebrows with a pencil or shadow a shade lighter than your natural brow color. Be sure to brush the brow afterwards; this will blend the color, and help avoid a dark, stern look.

Next, use a shadow brush to apply a bronze-colored shade to the eyelids. Blend a shimmery-brown shadow in the crease of the eyes, sweeping it out slightly past the outer corners. Use a champagne shade to illuminate the brow bone and the inner corners of the eyes. Smudge this color along the lower lash line. Line the eyes with a black gel liner, using a fine-tipped brush to extend the liner out for a winged look. For full lashes, apply a few individual false lashes to the outer corners of the eyes, before applying two coats of mascara to both the top and bottom lashes.

A pretty, pink pout and rosy cheeks complete this look. Use a pale-pink gloss on the lips, adding a coat of clear gloss for extra shine. Sweep a peachy-pink shade of blush on the cheeks to get a subtle, healthy glow.

Miley’s half-up hairdo is a great look for any occasion. Begin by applying a texturizing spray to hair. Blow dry hair using a round brush, and then use a one-inch curling iron to create loose waves. Curl the entire head, and then pull the top half of hair back, keeping the part in the middle. Secure hair with bobby pins. For extra oomph, use hair extensions to add volume and length. It’s no secret that Miley is fan of extensions, and frequently uses them to change her look.

She looks really soft and pretty here. I like it when she's more toned down like this. This comment has been removed.
@passionforbeauty I agree on the hair. She lets it be natural and it's appropriate for her age. This comment has been removed.
I don't always like Miley's fashion choices but I have to admit I loved her hair like this. The half updo works on her! This comment has been removed.
