How to Do Your Makeup Like Mia Wasikowska

Mia Wasikowska Makeup
Tarte's celebrity makeup artist Amy Nadine created a beautifully soft makeup look for actress Mia Wasikowska to show off at the Costume Institute Gala Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Face:

Mia looked almost ethereal in rosy-peach blush. This color matched her lips and lids perfectly. Her complexion was flawless and camera ready thanks to tarte's smooth operator tinted moisturizer in agent 04.

Makeup artist Amy Nadine went with tarte's amazonian clay 12-hour blush in blissful. This is a rosy-peach blush that does the job once applied to the apples of the cheeks. Nadine topped Mia's face with tarte's provocateur amazonian clay shimmering powder for an instant, yet subtle sheen.

Eyes:

Mia's lids were covered in tarte's lock and roll 12 hour shadow in rose gold. This shimmering, rose-tinged gold color adds sparkle without overpowering the rest of the look. Nadine then dusted tarte's lock and roll 12 hour shadow in quartz, a shimmering mute pink color, across her crease. To finish the eyes, Mia's lashes were coated in tarte's lights, camera, lashes mascara in black.

Lips:

Nadine finished Mia's look by applying tarte's LipSurgence natural lip luster in peach, to her lips.

I agree...the blush definitely did wonders to liven up her skin. I prefer creme blushers because they generally impart more of a natural sheen...but this one looks phenomenal as well. This comment has been removed.
