Well, teasing is one option. But you can also try spraying some root lifter or just regular hairspray (roots area) and blow drying your hair upside down. If you're teasing, try spraying some hairspray to the area you're backcombing and be sure to let it dry before doing so. This comment has been removed.

u can easily do this with ur straightening iron (if u hav one). just flip the ends of ur hair outwards as you pull down the iron. This comment has been removed.
