FACE
Start this makeup application by applying a moisturizer to the face, and dabbing some eye cream underneath the eyes. Next, apply a liquid or cream foundation to the face, using a sponge or foundation brush. Ensure an even application by taking time to blend the product well, working the product into the neck and jaw line.
Use your fingertip to lightly pat some concealer underneath the eye area, and on any imperfections, to even out the skin tone.
For a more contoured look, apply a berry-pink blush right underneath the cheekbones, then use a liquid shimmer directly on the cheekbones. This will help emphasize them and add dimension to the face.
EYES
Jessie J has a sultry stare, complete with va-va-voom lashes. Begin the eye makeup by applying a charcoal shadow to the entire lid, blending upwards toward the crease. Smudge the same shadow across the lower lash line. Next, take a black liquid liner and draw a smooth line across the upper eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. Extend the line slightly past the outer corner of the eye, creating a cat eye look. Repeat the process until you are satisfied with the thickness of the liner. Use a black eye pencil on the inside rim of the eye. Curl your lashes and apply several coats of black mascara to both the upper and lower lashes.
LIPS
To get a more precise lip application, apply a hot-pink lipstick using a thin lip brush.
Finish the makeup look by sweeping translucent powder over the entire face.
