Jessica Biel looked sweet and sophisticated at the 2012 ESPY Awards last week. While many of the other ladies in attendance sported long, elegant gowns, Justin Timberlake’s betrothed wore a crisp white mini-dress by Christian Dior. Her flirty dress was paired with matching white ankle-strap platform pumps that also had a fun pop of neon at the heel. For accessories, Biel only needed one. That being her ridiculously gorgeous and giant engagement ring of course! If you loved her look as much as me, then read further to copy her fun and flirty style!

MAKEUP
Jessica’s makeup is demure, yet sexy. She’s not wearing a lot, so it’s important to prep properly and use the right tools.

FACE - First, prep the skin with a hydrating serum and eye cream. Follow by applying tinted moisturizer with a foundation brush. You can also use your fingers, but then you’ll lose a lot product on your hands. After blending your tinted moisturizer, conceal imperfections such as dark circles and blemishes and set with translucent powder or powder foundation. Apply a warm blush to the apples of cheeks and cheekbones, and use a tiny bit of bronzer to define cheekbones as well.

EYES - With a small eyeshadow brush, apply a pearl-white shade to the inner corners of the eye. Follow with a rich copper or burgundy color. Apply this color to the upper lid, and also use to define the bottom lash line. Also, with a dark brown eyeliner, line both the upper and lower inner rims (called waterlines). Finally, curl lashes, coat with mascara and slightly fill in brows to shape.

LIPS - Biel’s sweet pout is stained with a coral hue. Afterwards, add a shimmery lip gloss over it.

HAIR
Biel’s romantic ponytail is the perfect updo for summer! Start by teasing the hair at the crown of your head. See below for a step-by-step video tutorial. Next, comb your hair into a low ponytail. If you want to keep your look sleek, then just stop here. Otherwise, to copy Jessica’s look, take a large barrel curling iron and curl the ends.

OUTFIT
Jessica’s dress is form-fitting on top, and the bottom skirt poufs out. You can either find a dress similar to this, or you can buy separate pieces (this is probably easier and cheaper to do). I found a similar dress with the same sweet effect at Charlotte Russe for $26.99. Also, they had a flirty skirt for only $12.99! Just pair this skirt with a tank top, and you’ve got the look for way less.
