As always Penelope Cruz walked the red carpet for the movie premiere of "To Rome With Love" at the LA Film Festival looking classy and elegant. Her neutral-toned look was made dazzling by adding just the right amount of glitz and glam.

Step 1: Beige Doesn't Have to be Boring

Penelope's one-shoulder, Grecian-inspired look was was kept from being too plain by elegant draping and glamorous adornments. Her strappy heels complemented the high slit of her dress for beige done right, ensuring the look as classy with an almost regal feel. The paler tone of the dress highlighted her flawless, bronzed skin and created a fantastic look from head to toe. When wearing beige, adding sparkle and/or a great dress cut really takes the color from boring to beautiful.
