How to Get Eva Longoria's Dramatic Makeup Look

Eva Longoria Dramatic Makeup
Eva Longoria is known for her tan skin, dramatic eyes, and long lashes. Follow makeup artist Lina Hanson's simple beauty steps to get this flawless makeup look at home.

Get Eva's glow by applying a face serum onto your skin and blending lightly. Let the serum dry completely before you continue.

Next, apply eye cream under the eyes to make sure the makeup stays longer and doesn't crease.

Dab a creamy concealer under the eyes and on any uneven areas. This will create the perfect canvas to work from.

Apply a liquid foundation to the entire face and neck using your fingers to get an even application.

Fill in the eyebrows with a powder brow shadow and apply clear brow gel to set them in place. Before moving onto the darker colors, gently sweep a pearly white eye shadow under the arch of the eyebrow to highlight and lift the brow.

Start the eye makeup by using a fluffy shadow brush to apply a light beige shadow to the eyelids, all the way up to the brow bone. Next, apply a shimmery brown or taupe eye shadow to the crease of the lid with a smaller eye shadow brush. This will create defined and sculpted eyes.

Use a creamy black eye pencil to line the top eyelid. Keep the line as close to the lash line as possible, working your way from the inner to the outer corner. Use the same eye pencil to line the bottom inner rim (or waterline) of the eyes and gently smudge the line into the lower lash line. Repeat this step until you get the desired intensity.

Curl the lashes and apply black mascara to the upper and lower lashes. Add some false lashes to the outer part of the lash line to create larger and more dramatic eyes.

Add a soft peachy-rose powder blush to the apples of your cheeks. Choose a blush with a shimmery finish to highlight the highest points of the cheeks.

To balance out the dramatic eye makeup, apply a nude lipstick with a lip brush. Dab nude shimmer lip gloss on the center of your lips to create the perfect pout.

Lastly, use a fluffy powder brush to apply bronzer to the forehead, cheeks, nose and chin to ensure a glow like Longoria's.

Lol this is a trick that I learned on youtube if you're out and forgot your eyelash curler: Carry a small spoon on you and when you're out, use your thumb as a base and run the edge of the spoon against your lashes, pulling in the direction away from your eye. It'll make your eyelashes curl!! This comment has been removed.
