How to Do Your Makeup Like Annalynne McCord

Annalynne McCord Makeup
When anyone mentions Annalynne McCord, the first thought to be conjured in our minds is of her fabulous, voluminous hair. This time, her makeup is every bit just as eye-catching as her lioness mane. Her dewy skin, flawless complexion, sculpted cheekbones are put together to create that gorgeous lit-from-within look. Makeup artist Lina Hanson gives the scoop on the tips and techniques—so keep on reading to learn how to recreate her makeup look!

The first step to achieving a perfect complexion à la Annalynne is to begin with hydrated skin. Apply a moisturizer to your face and gently dab eye cream underneath the eyes. To get light coverage that shines through like a second skin, apply a tinted moisturizer to your face using your fingertips. Finish creating your seamless canvass by dabbing a bit of concealer on any imperfections and under-eye circles.

Annalynne’s peepers evoke that girl-next-door subtlety that we have decidedly come to love. To get it for yourself, apply a soft gray eye shadow to the lids and blend up to the crease. For definition that is not over-the-top, line both the upper and bottom lash line with a soft and creamy black eye pencil, and smudge a the line with a Q-tip. To impart on the eyes a wide-awake look, gently line the inner rim of the eye with a nude eye pencil.

Follow by curling the lashes and sweeping a few coats of black mascara to both the upper and bottom lashes. For even more drama, apply a strip of false lashes and allow for it to dry.

Annalynne’s bronzy and sculpted cheekbones as well as the soft splash of colors on her lips takes her look to a full 10 out of 10. The trick is to apply a peach bronzy powder blush to the apples of the cheeks and blend upward onto the cheekbones. Using a lip brush, apply a soft pink gloss to your lips. For an all-over sunkissed glow, sweep a medium toned bronzer with a hint of shimmer on your cheeks, chin and forehead where the sun would naturally hit your face.

WOW her complexion looks absolutely beaming in this photo. Anyone knows what specific foundation/bronzer will achieve that sort of glow? This comment has been removed.
