You can hide tan lines and create the illusion of an even tan with a few ace makeup tricks. First, exfoliate the lighter skin that is untouched by the sun, dab moisturizer on with your fingers, and follow up with an application of instant bronzing gel or foundation. Blend with a sponge.

For a longer lasting even tan, you can apply sunless tanning lotion on the desired areas with a precision foundation brush (be sure to wash it well when you're finished).
