Blow Dry Step 1 Blowdryer in hand, begin by focusing on the back of your head (this is where professional stylists start), lifting hair at the root with your fingers and concentrating on drying the roots thoroughly.

Blow Dry Step 2 When the roots are dry, part hair down the middle all the way down the back of your scalp (as if you were going to make pigtails) and push these two large sections of hair toward your face.
