You can use a primer or use a Color Stay foundation. Revlons Color stay works very well.

Use a foundation primer....Laura Gellar "Spackle" is a favorite of mine. You can try a long-wearing foundation such as Estee Lauder Double Wear or Maybelline Super Stay. Dust some translucent powder on top of your foundation for more staying power.

I would suggest layering it. You must have an oily complexion, if your makeup is just coming off. Mineral foundation is the best one for you.

Do you set your foundation with powder? this helps..try a foundation that isn't oil based, max factor colour adapt or maybelline pure makeup..
my skin is combination so I find that these work well
