Drink lots of water. Have a good diet with vitamins that are good for your skin. Moisturize your skin daily, morning and night. Protect your skin from harsh heat or cold weather. Avoid taking super hot showers, it will dry out your skin. Avoid products that contain SLS and aother things that will dry out your skin. Stress can also effect your skin. Do things that allow you to be less stressed.
