I've tryed to find a cleanser for my skin type (sensitive) but everyone i've tryed just irratates my skin and I end up with rashes. Can anyone help?

I agree with @beautydiylover that Cetaphil is one of the best. It's gentle on the skin and fragrance-free. Another good brand is "Simple" for sensitive skin, you can purchase it at Target.

Look for an unscented milk cleanser. These are thin, cream based cleansers that generally don't cause irritation. You could also cleanse your face with Greek plain yogurt. Just take a scoop and warm it between your hands. Then massage into your face and rinse off.
