I've used Aveeno for awhile and I really like it. It's always good to use moisturizer.

I would head to the nearest healthfood store and pick up a jar of coconut oil. It might be solid when you get it home, you can run the closed jar under warm tap water for 30 seconds or so. Apply a thin layer after you wash your face before bed. It's even safe for under the eye area. It only costs around five bucks, so it won't set you back too much.

I've heard great things about Clinique Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator.....it's soothing and great for dry skin. Another good product to try would be La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra Intense Soothing Care, it's fragrance free and perfect for sensitive and allergy-prone skin. Hope this helps!
