I would strongly advise against this. There are a lot of bacteria in the mouth that could end up causing an infection. Aside from that, there will be a time in the future;when you're older- when you're not going to want this look anymore. Believe me, you don't want to be stuck with holes and scarring. A better idea, is to buy a fake piercing that is held in place with a strong magnet. Then you can wear this out with your friends and fit in with them, but then it comes out and there's no damage.
