DO NOT take to hot of showers with this product it will start to peel off and discolor your skin in patches. Other than that, GO FOR IT! :)

Yes, I've used it....without the SPF. I think they just added the SPF to this product. It works pretty good. I used it after showering but you need to continue to use it everyday to see the results deepen, (color). It's a pretty natural glow, nothing too dark. I like it, it has a slight "self-tan" smell but not as bad as regular self-tanners. Perfect for this time of year.

The color that you are seeing, is created by a chemical sugar known as DHA. It only colors the outer layer of the skin; which will come off over the next 7-10 days-so no, the color you're seeing is not permanent.
