How do I get rid of my chapped lips????!!

My lips wont stop chapping! Ive used chapstick for a while now and they just stay chapped! Ive tried exfoliating my lips but it comes back and my lipstick looks really bad when I put it on! HELP!

with a toothbrush that isn't electric in circles rub it on your lips and use Vaseline as much as you can, that's what i do and i have the least chapped lips of all my friends :)

drink plenty of water along with lip balms, chapped lips indicate dehydration as well

Exfoliate at night and make sure to use Vaseline to keep them smooth overnight. But, yes, always have lip balm around to keep them moisturized and add color. Also, the type of lipstick you're using might be drying your lips out.

I would exfoliate no more than a few times per week. Try another lip product. A few of my favorites are:
**Burt's Bees Lip Balm
**Rosebud Salve lip balm
**Blistex Deep Renewal SPF 15 Lip Balm
**Baby Lips by Maybelline Lip Balm
**Aquaphor Lip Balm
