how do i get rid of heat rashes on my face?

I live on a hot island and everytime i sweat these tiny white rashes start popping out all over my face. Whenever I wash my face after sweating it lessens but it never goes away. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them once and for all?

Heat rashes are caused pores becoming clogged with sweat and toxins seeping into the skin. The best way to combat this is try to stay cool. Dress in a way to allow your body to stay as cook as possible. Cleanse your face as often as possible and add a drop or two of lavender oil and peppermint oil into the water. These oils have a cooling effect on the skin.
