drink bucket loads of filtered water.clense your face atleast twice a day. tone and mousturise with oil free mousuriser designed for the face.body mouisurisers just dont do it!!eat fresh foods keep away from oily greasy foods. dont touch your face too much. before appling make up rinse your face with cool/cvold water and pat dry (helps close pores) use a pimple targeter product like tea tree zapp or clearsil pimple blocker as u notice them. use good makeup.ummm thats all I can think of :) if all fails go see your doctor if they are really bad you might have a hormone imbalance or a physical reason that you have pimles/zits.. that was my problem i had terrible acne for years and NOTHING worked except medication. I hope you can fix yours with simple measures.
