You need to be washing your face with a good cleanser; containing either salicylic acid or glycolic acid to unclog your pores. I would also suggest using apple cider vinegar at night before bed. You mix it with half water, and apply it with gauze. This lowers the pH of the skin, to where the acne bacteria can't function. It's not going to happen overnight, so I would encourage you to stick with this plan, and you will definitely see an improvement with time.
