If you decide to not use the foundation then apply a moisturizer (they come tinted as well) on your skin and then choose a pretty lip gloss and mascara.

Any department store, Ulta or Sephora can do this for you. Ask for a sample to try before you buy. You could always opt for a tinted moisturizer....they're lightweight, natural looking and great for this time of year. They usually make 6 shades or so in tinted moisturizers so it's easier to get a match. I love NARS and Laura Mercier tinted moisturizers. Hope this helps!
