i have a sore anout 1 cm under my nose ,its exackly like a cold sore
what do you think it is and how should i treat it?

If you don't know what it is, have a Dermatologist look at it. It might be a cold sore or it might be skin cancer. In which case, it's better if they do something about it right away.
