It may be not an issue with how well you clean your face, but what type of makeup you're using. If you're using makeup that's clogging your skin/pores, then that may be the reason why you are breaking out. In either case, be sure to use a makeup remover followed by a cleanser, and also opt for non-comedogenic makeup!
