Please advice on how i can firm and tone my body
Im 27, rather short at 1.54m and ive got my weight down from 56kg in last year July to 49kg now, Ive got a very tiny built.. I love my body now because I dont seem to have much fat anywhere but since I had a ceaser there is a littly role that shows when I bend downwards, I would like to know how I can minimize this. What do you think my best features are and how can I improve my overall body shape.
