big chin is a sign of prosperity in some books..... whatever
i am sure its not the bad excentuate it wear some bold earring and necklaces perferably chokers to give an illusiion of small neck jaw and chin

She is right. Other than surgery u can't get rid of it but I'd suggest a hair style that looks better w ur face shape. My face shape looks nice with shortish hair n yours may look better with long or some kind of cut:) good luck
