Anybody have any effective diet plans that really work to lose weight? Im struggling to find what foods i can actually eat, everything seems to contain too many calories or too much fat! Thank you.

My best advise: stop worrying about fat and calories. Eat nutritiously, do physical exercise that you enjoy, and take care of your body. If you give your body what it needs, having an unhealthy treat when you feel like it won't hurt. Dieting can stress your body out and actually make things worse. There are so many healthy foods that are full of calories and fat, so don't punish your body. Just take a deep breath and think healthy.
