FILE "THE TOP" OF YOUR MAILS I MEAN.... LIKE YOU ARE BUFFING THEM. THEY WON'T STICK TO A SMOOTH NAIL SURFACE.

Like others said, make sure the nails fit perfectly... not too big or else they will fall off

FILE YOUR REAL NAILS PRETTY GOOD BEFORE APPLYING ARTIFICIAL NAILS. USE A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF GLUE!!! HOLD THE ARTIFICIAL NAIL DOWN REAL GOOD BEFORE RELEASE. DO THEM AT NIGHT BEFORE BED SO THAT THEY SIT STILL ON YOUR NAIL FOR A GOOD WHILE. AVOID WATER AFTER APPLYING. I ALWAYS DO MINE RIGHT BEFORE BED. THEY LAST 2WKS!!!

If you really want to look like your wearing false nail just grow them and file them it looks much better and after they are grown just paint them whatever colour you want. :D

Try a better brand of nail polish. The one you are using is probably cheap and those aren't made well and mass produced in a factory. Use a better brand, like ESSIE.

Try filing down the fake nail to make sure it's small enough to fit onto your nail bed. Sometimes if it's too big, it won't stick on as well...which makes it fall off more easily.
