BareMinerals or Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Loose Powder Foundation are both great picks. Clinique makes a liquid foundation called "Acne Solutions Liquid Makeup" that has salicylic acid to suppress blemishes. I always recommend getting a sample to try before you buy.

Avoid anything that has an oil base. Try using a powder based foundation like Bare Minerals because powders can absorb the excess oil while the liquid type can only add more oil on your face.

I agree with @GoodFaith. Mineral makeup offers great coverage, but it doesn't clog your pores.
