I would highly recommend Bourjois Healthy Mix or Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua if you're not on a tight budget. They're both light and breathable and look great applied with a damp sponge. I'm not too keen on tinted moisturizers, if I'm looking for lighter coverage I will usually just mix my foundation with a moisturizer I'm currently using. :)

Boots No 7 True Identity Foundation is a good choice. It's light an airy and fragrance free. It doesn't block the pores and gives a sheer natural finish. It cost around $13.00. You can purchase it at Target.

thank you for the replies. im pretty much would like a light to medium coverage. as long as it doesnt feel heavy on my face. i am thinking of using a tinted moisturizer which most people recommend nowadays or use bare minerals which has good reviews too.

I'd go for powder during the summer months. If you pick a tinted moisturizer or BB cream, then set with powder. Garnier makes a good BB Cream!
