i always wear eyeiner on my lower water line and i need some products that stays on my wter line ALL DAY. thnks so much for your answers ;)

I always use a pencil they seem to work best and not wear off. Also Wet and Wild has a waterproof eyeliner that you can't get off even when you try ha ha. I use that one all the time. I swim, go to the beach and my eyeliner never leaves me ;)

It's need a good idea to line your eyes in this place, because it can clog the tears ducts & lead to infection. Play it safe & line around the eyes instead.

I use bareMinerals Round The Clock eyeliners in my waterline and set it with a similar color eyeshadow. It lasts all day that I have to use makeup remover at the end of the night!
